Perfil requerido:
Titulación: Arquitecto Técnico, QS.
Idiomas: Castellano - Inglés
Años de experiencia: 5 Años
Manejo de programas: Microsoft Office.
Tipo de construcción: Edificación, oficinas.
Disponibilidad para viajar: No
Funciones a desempeñar:
Emite la estimación de costes del proyecto.
Emite el plan de costes del proyecto.
Responsable por el control de costes del proyecto.
Planificación de los pagos y los cobros.
Colabora en la emisión de la estrategia de compras y contrataciones.
Informa el estado de los costes del proyecto.
Aprueba las certificaciones de pago y emite la solicitud de pago para entrega al cliente.
Lidera la emisión de los pliegos de contratación.
Apoyo en el proceso de negociación con los contratistas.
Define los cierres y gestiona los contratos con contratistas y con el cliente.
Lidera el cierre contable del proyecto.
