Some roles lend themselves to flexible options more than others, and if this is important to you, we are open to discussing agile working opportunities during the hiring process.Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing for Spain, Experian, is an experienced "hands-on" marketing professional with proven commercial acumen, responsible for advising the Local leadership team in all aspects related to communications and for planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities in the local market. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director and working in alignment with the Spanish leadership team, including the Market President and Sales Director, the Head of Marketing is responsible for planning and executing the Go To market campaigns for Experian solutions, both Business and Consumer information portfolios. This includes generating pipeline with targeted campaigns primarily through digital outreach programs to support the business growth of this fast-expanding region. The role will be line manager of a team of Marketing Specialists based in Granada and will also have dotted line responsibility for digital teams.Principle ResponsibilitiesLead Generation - Primary goal is to drive pipeline through marketing-related activities and support the region's sales objectives.Working closely with the Sales Director and sales teams to implement an effective end-to-end marketing plan.Own the regional marketing plan and execute effective campaigns across all relevant customer segments driving both central and local initiatives.Measurement & reporting on campaign effectiveness.Public Relations - Define and agree on PR strategy and budget in line with the EMEA PR Manager.Ownership of overall PR Plan for their region.Work with local PR agencies responsible for driving Experian's voice in the market and ensuring the necessary spokespeople are briefed for relevant media opportunities
