TableCheck has set new standards for restaurant management tools in Japan and is steadily growing to take on the challenge to become the world's leader in restaurant management.About the roleAn Onboarding/Support consultant plays a crucial role in facilitating the implementation / onboarding of our system to new/existing clients and providing guidance, training & ongoing support after the system went live. This role requires you to be a product champion with in-depth knowledge of our system and having a mindset of a problem solver. You will need to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and address client's concerns to be solved promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop clients' onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and "System Live"Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transitionManage implementation process, coordinating timelines, resources and deliverablesFacilitate the onboarding process for new clients and ensuring a smooth transitionDesign and deliver product trainings to clients and enable them to utilize our system features fully & rapidly based on the client's needsPrepare User Guides & Manuals whenever neededEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts with a focus on customer retention & improving customer satisfactionBe an expert on product features and keep abreast of new feature launches and update team membersConduct regular feedback sessions with clients, Build and maintain strong relationships with clientsConduct training sessions for new clients and providing refresher sessions for existing clientsProvide onsite & remote support to clients to solve issues in timely mannerProvide system guidance, support during the onboarding process including system configurations, integrations and troubleshootingPartner with Team Lead and Sales Representatives to support customers toward product adoptionExpand TableCheck presence in Indonesia by identifying prospects and converting them into long-term customers.Liaise with Global teams to ensure brand consistencyMust have Qualifications / RequirementsCitizen of IndonesiaAvailability to travel within Bali and SEA region when required3+ years relevant job experiences in IT SaaS Company for Hotel / Restaurant clientSolid customer service attitudeExcellent verbal & written communication skills in EnglishWillingness and ability to constantly learn & train othersPrefer Qualifications / RequirementsProduct / Operations / Support Consultant at a IT SaaS companyPrior working knowledge of global or local POS systems, and / or knowledge of SAAS products in Hospitality sectorAnother European language speakerWorking ConditionsWork hours : Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 (Hybrid work style)Holidays : Saturday, Sunday and National holidaysSalary : Negotiable (Depends on your current salary and experiences)High-lights of this positionYou will be one of the key member of our Indonesia Team to expand the businessYou can use your experiences fully in the start-up & expanding phase teamYour language skills and communication skill-set will be fully alive in this positionYou can get experiences and long-term client relationship, negotiation and project management skill-setYou can get knowledge about F&B Tech / SaaS IndustryYou can work diverse, flexible organization
