Desde Senseis Talent, buscamos un Crypto Business Manager para uno de nuestros clientes líderes en España. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Gestión y optimización de procesos operativos para asegurar la eficiencia en transacciones de criptomonedas y la calidad de los servicios, con una coordinación estrecha con los equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, Compliance y Atención al Cliente. Monitoreo del cumplimiento de normativas de KYC (Conoce a tu cliente), AML (Anti Money Laundering) y otras regulaciones del sector cripto, en colaboración con los equipos de Compliance y Legal para mantener políticas alineadas y actualizadas. Identificación y mitigación de riesgos operativos en el ámbito de la seguridad de transacciones y ciberseguridad, trabajando junto a los equipos de Seguridad, Ingeniería y Soporte en la implementación de medidas preventivas y de respuesta a incidentes. Análisis de datos operativos para identificar patrones de riesgo y áreas de mejora, además de generar reportes clave para la toma de decisiones estratégicas, en coordinación con los equipos de Datos y Finanzas para presentar KPIs relevantes. Supervisión de protocolos de atención y resolución de incidencias operativas relacionadas con transacciones, asegurando tiempos de respuesta efectivos mediante una estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Soporte al Cliente y Compliance. Gestión y coordinación con stakeholders internos y externos , incluyendo equipos internos (Finanzas, Legal, Compliance) y socios estratégicos externos (exchanges, bancos, proveedores de liquidez) para asegurar que todos los actores clave estén alineados con los objetivos operativos de la empresa y que las relaciones externas respalden el crecimiento y la estabilidad del negocio. Lo que buscamos en ti: Experiencia sólida en servicios financieros, con preferencia por perfiles con trayectoria en consultoría. Conocimientos de los productos y regulaciones bancarias, junto con la capacidad de aplicar nuevas tecnologías de manera estratégica. Habilidades excepcionales para comunicarte a nivel ejecutivo y traducir conceptos complejos en recomendaciones claras y accionables. Pasión por las cryptos y una actitud proactiva para explorar lo nuevo, proponiendo soluciones disruptivas. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Salario competitivo.
