Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionMisión:Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes asignados, comprender sus necesidades y comunicar de manera efectiva cómo nuestras soluciones pueden abordar sus desafíos.El Sales Specialist tiene la tarea de alcanzar y superar los objetivos anuales, contribuir al mantenimiento y expansión del porfolio de productos bajo su área de responsabilidad en sus clientes asignados, tanto actuales como potenciales.Impulsar el éxito empresarial, basándose en la innovación de productos y la promoción de la eficiencia de procesos y flujos de trabajo.Responsabilidades:- Implementar las actividades y estrategias definidas, para lograr los objetivos anuales, ganar participación de mercado y cumplir con los KPI estratégicos relacionados.- Identificación de necesidades y retos de clientes y decisores, tanto en el laboratorio como en áreas económicas y gerenciales de los centros y proponer soluciones diferenciadoras que ilusionen y enganchen al cliente.- Establecer una relación estrecha tanto con el personal del laboratorio, como con otras áreas claves del cliente (adquisiciones, finanzas, gestión hospitalaria), tanto con clientes existentes como potenciales- Responsable de todo el ciclo de vida del cliente y del nivel de satisfacción de los mismos.- Tras la firma de los contratos, confrontar con el cliente que los equipos/ reactivos de suslaboratorios u otras áreas de uso funcionan perfectamente actuando como enlace de cliente y colaborando estrechamente con los distintos equipos internos de la compañía para hacerlo realidad- Conocimiento del Producto: Desarrollar un profundo conocimiento de nuestro portafolio. Comunicar de manera efectiva las características, beneficios y aplicaciones diferenciadoras de nuestros productos a clientes potenciales.- Presentaciones y Demostraciones de Ventas: Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones de productos para mostrar las capacidades de nuestras soluciones. Abordando consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes, asegurando una comprensión integral de nuestras ofertaPerfil requerido:- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la salud y/o experiencia demostrada en el sector salud- Se valorará conocimientos de inglés.- Experiencia en el ámbito comercial como docente o como técnico de laboratorio.- Residencia en País Vasco o CantabriaCompetencias requeridas:- "Hunter mindset": Ambición y hambre por ganar nuevas cuentas, con compromiso y dedicación - y apoyado por un track record tangible de éxito comercial
