You will interact with other technical leads (within Mkt & Sales teams and also in other IT areas located in Spain and Sweden) and architecture teams.Be the lead of the technical solution and the software developer teams, understanding the business requirements and proposing and leading the implementation of these requirements with the team.Have deep knowledge of the software into your domain and have technical skills to change and update it when necessary.Create your technical debt backlog, prioritize with the PO and make the implementation possible within the team.Ensure implementation of software development lifecycle to deliver in production.Accountable for the quality of the delivered product and encourage the team to achieve continuous improvement.Ensure automatic tests are written and performed and regression tests are always updated.Validate software designs: Archetypes, design patterns, sonar rules.Manage performance of the software development team.Main StakeholdersYou will work hand in hand with the product owner to understand the business needs and transform them into technical requirements for the team.
