Office ManagerLocatie: Marbellarents Kantoor, Rosario El MarbellaFunctieomschrijving:Marbellarents is op zoek naar een georganiseerde en proactieve Office Manager voor ons kantoor in Rosario El Marbella. De ideale kandidaat speelt een cruciale rol in het coördineren van de workload van ons personeel, het beheren van administratieve taken zoals het bijhouden van bonnen en facturen, en het uitzetten van taken naar hosts en schoonmakers. Daarnaast fungeert de Office Manager als een onmisbare schakel voor de rental agent en als persoonlijke assistent voor de Manager.Verantwoordelijkheden:Coördineren en beheren van de workload van het personeel, inclusief hosts en schoonmakers.Bijhouden van administratie, zoals bonnen en facturen.Uitzetten en opvolgen van taken naar hosts en schoonmakers.Fungeren als een spin in het web voor Marbellarents.Optreden als Personal Assistant voor de Manager.Opzetten en verbeteren van organisatorische processen en structuren om efficiëntie te verhogen.Kwalificaties:Aantoonbare ervaring in administratief werk en kantoorbeheer.Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om effectieve processen en structuren op te zetten.Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Engels en Spaans.Ervaring in de vastgoedsector in Marbella is een pre.Een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.Ben jij de georganiseerde en efficiënte Office Manager die wij zoeken?
