As a Front Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, providing warm greetings, efficient check-ins, and personalized assistance throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities: Create a lasting first impression by providing personalized guest service upon arrival.
Manage guest check-ins with precision and attention to detail.
Handle inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and professionally.
Collaborate With Other Departments To Ensure Seamless Guest Experiences.
Process invoices and manage simple operational schedules like maintenance or cleaning.
Maintain a polished appearance.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a short-term rental business or hotel.
