**Position Summary**:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive and organized work environment that fosters productivity and teamwork.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Facility Management**: Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
- **Supplies and Inventory**: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Vendor Management**: Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized records, documents, and files.
- **Expense Management**: Assist in tracking and managing office expenses and budgets.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by implementing health and safety measures.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise administrative and support staff.
- **Onboarding and Orientation**: Support new employees during onboarding and orientation
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
