In direct collaboration with the project team and the Group COO, you will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to their transformation into projects, both in terms of digital transformation and operational efficiency review. The goal is to improve performance and mitigate risks related to the Group's activities to align with the risk appetite defined by the executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:Needs Collection and Analysis:- Collaborate with business teams to identify, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements.Studies and Recommendations:- Analyze data and propose recommendations for improving existing processes and solutions.- Contribute to the implementation and development of digitalization and process optimization solutions.Documentation:- Write functional specifications, reports, and project monitoring documents.Project Management Support:- Assist project managers in managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives.- Take charge of managing a portfolio of projects autonomously.Testing and Validation:- Participate in testing phases of new solutions or modifications to existing systems to ensure they meet business needs.Operational Efficiency Monitoring:- Support the calculation and tracking of performance indicators related to the Group's activities.YOUR PROFILE:You hold a degree from a business school or engineering school.You have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or project support in an international context.You possess a methodological foundation that allows you to quickly understand the challenges and operations of diverse activities, even without prior technical knowledge.You have excellent interpersonal skills, are organized, and have strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
