Beca Marketing Automation CRM (AZALEA 211)Acerca de Azalea211:  Azalea211 es una nueva consultora de Growth especializada en consultoría de estrategia de marketing y ventas, creada por profesionales del marketing, las ventas y la automatización en diversas start-ups y consultoras de digital.
Nos dedicamos a implementar y ejecutar campañas y automatizaciones que optimizan todo el funnel comercial combinando estrategia, operaciones y tecnología- Trabajamos con clientes tanto B2B como B2C en diversos sectores, con especial énfasis en tecnología, digital, media y telecomunicaciones.
Descripción del puesto:  Estamos buscando un Marketing Automation CRM Consultant Intern para unirse a nuestro equipo de marketing automation.
Este rol es fundamental para apoyar y aprender en la definición y optimización de nuestras estrategias de marketing automation y CRM que implementamos junto con nuestros clientes.
·  Estrategias de Marketing Digital e Inbound: Captura de leads, targeting, nurturing y scoring.
·  Automatización de Marketing y Ventas: Email marketing, estrategias de workflows, implementación e integraciones.
·  Software de CRM: Implementación, gestión, integraciones y estrategias.
·  Consultoría Digital y Digitalización de Procesos de Ventas.
· Aprender de un entorno profesional especialista en consultoría estratégica y marketing digital con clientes de primer nivel de diferentes sectores y tipologías (start-ups, multinacionales líderes de sector y pymes) · Flexibilidad horaria y modelo de trabajo híbrido con teletrabajo adaptado a las necesidades personales.
· Formación teórico-práctica adaptada a tu puesto en ámbitos como la estrategia empresarial, marketing digital y tecnología.
· Un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo y dinámico.
· Entorno de trabajo divertido  Tiempo parcial: 300-500Tiempo completo: 800-1000 · Estudiante universitario en ADE, Marketing, Digital, Ingeniería o similar.
· Interés en la gestión de automatizaciones y herramientas de automatización · Interés en la gestión de analytics y herramientas de atribución, performance marketing etc.
· Deseable experiencia en el uso de herramientas de CRM (Hubspot, Active Campaign, Salesforce, Pardot) · Capacidad analítica y visión de negocio.
