**Channel Partner Director (CPD) / Director de partners y alianzas**:
Reportando al Director de desarrollo de negocio de Evicertia, el CPM será responsable de indentificar partners estratégicos, desarrollar planes de negocio y métricas de rendimiento, ejeecutar planes de "Go To Market" identificando canales de distribución y propuestas de valor para potenciar el crecimiento de la empresa en las soluciones de firma electrónica, e-delivery e identidad digital.
**Competencias**:
- Estudio y análisis del mercado e identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio, productos o servicios a comercializar.
- Búsqueda de nuevos partners y canales de distribución, así como el mantenimiento y fortalecimiento de los actuales.
- Elaboración de propuestas comerciales enfocadas a completar y enriquecer los servicios de valor añadido del partner al cliente final.
- Elaborar e implementar estrategias de venta por canal para cumplir con la cuota de ventas mensual.
- Negociar contratos y planes de crecimiento con partners actuales y potenciales.
- Capacidad para utilizar el liderazgo y coaching para capacitar y desarrollar al personal de ventas.
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas a través de channel partners.
- Analizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento para determinar la salud de la relación de un partner.
- Presentación de la propuesta de valor a los potenciales partners identificados en las soluciones del grupo.
- Desarrollar programas de partners para mejorar el desempeño general a través de capacitación, asistencia e incentivos
- Seguimiento de los procesos de negociación.
- Coordinación, diseño y validación de las ofertas comerciales a proponer, incluyendo el análisis económico y la propuesta de valor en colaboración con el área técnico y de marketing.
- Coordinación e interlocución con el área técnica para la implementación de nuevos productos y/o servicios tras la firma de nuevos acuerdos con los socios comerciales.
- Colaborar con el área de Marketing para la difusión de nuevos productos a través de la web, RRSS, preparación y participación en webinars, eventos, foros y fomentar la generación de nuevos partners.
**Requisitos**:
- Titulación Universitaria en Ciencias Económicas, Derecho, ADE, Marketing o similar.
- Valorable: Master en Gestión comercial, Dirección de Ventas y Marketing, MBA.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en la captación de nuevas cuentas/ partners de negocio en sector de firma electrónica, e-delivery y soluciones de identidad digital.
- Buscamos una persona proactiva, excelentes dotes de comunicación y negociación, con resiliencia y capacidad de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Inglés fluido.
- Incorporación inmediata.
