.Hello future candidate,We are looking for our new Head of Growth to join the Marketing team, who will be the leader of the Performance marketing areas (Acquisition, CRM and Personalization).This is a key role for the Company as it's responsible for:Managing our acquisition channel mix, being the owner of the paid channels strategy across all countries, thereby controlling Weekendesk's largest spending share.Own CRM strategy to leverage and improve customer retention, and marketing automation (retargeting and transactional journeys).Lead the new Personalization project, collaborating with Product and Tech teams, to enhance the customer experience.You will be capable of:Being a decision maker based on data to drive the best channel mix to assure the best ROI by channel.Leading the different teams to define and execute roadmaps and deliver results.Defining and implementing our acquisition strategy on paid channels (Search / Metasearch / Affiliation / Display / Social / Retargeting).Defining the budget allocated to each channel and constantly optimizing our levers' performance according to our business goals and KPIs.Contribute to our CRM strategy including all channels (mainly email, but as well testing SMS and whatsapp) driving re-engagement and conversion.Defining Newsletters activity and marketing automation flows to deliver organic traffic.Being the key person to cover the end-to-end Personalization project. Leading this cross-functional project to enhance Onsite personalization, define the user journey and leverage the product recommendation across all channels.Producing weekly, monthly and annual reports and forecasts, analyzing our results, making recommendations and taking actions where needed to reach our business goals.Leading your direct reports across our digital marketing channels to ensure all touchpoints are aligned, guiding their day-to-day activities and ensuring that acquisition goals are met.Assessing new digital marketing technologies, tools and techniques, and regularly reviewing for the best fit for business, implementing relevant tests where needed.About You8 years of experience with paid acquisition channels such as:> GoogleAds and DisplayAds> Metasearch platforms: Trivago, Kayak, Tripadvisor, GoogleHotelAds> SocialAds: FB & IG Ads, TikTokAds, SnapchatAds, YoutubeAds, LinkedinAds> Affiliate partners, Retargeting and EmaillingFluent in English and French or Spanish; fluency in all three languages is a big plus.Tracked record and proven achievements in SEM.Experience in CRM strategy.Track record in customer retention projects.Experienced project manager and team leader.Rigorous, proactive, and with thorough attention to detail.Data-driven, analytical & strategic mindset, with a number-oriented mind and advanced Excel skills.Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.Used to working with multicultural stakeholders and teams
