If you have initiative, and always look for the best solutions and feel motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from youAs the Head of Growth, your mission is to drive and own B2C sales targets and support B2B revenue growth. Youll achieve this by developing and executing strategies across various digital channels and by building and leading an amazing teamWhat youll be doing:Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategies:Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies across all digital channels (Search, Affiliation, Display, Social, Retargeting).Define the budget allocated to each channel and continuously optimize performance.Cutting-Edge SEM : Enhance SEM capabilities by introducing cutting-edge technologySEO Leadership: Strengthen Suntransfers SEO capability to maintain a leadership position in organic searchCRM Leadership: Contribute to our CRM strategy including all channels driving engagement and conversionPricing and Margin Optimization Leadership :Contribute to our Pricing and Margin optimization strategy that guarantees effective pricing, product availability, and strategic communication across B2B and B2C segments, all while optimizing margins and driving business success.Ensure that the team evolves alongside technological advancements, enabling efficient margin optimization and sustainable growth.Reporting and Insights:Provide clear reporting and valuable insights related to sales and e-commerce, analyzing results and defining strategic initiatives.To excel in this rol e, you'll need:Minimum 8-10 years of experience with paid acquisition channelsExperience in growth-oriented, international environments with a start-up mentality. Travel industry background is a plus.Data driven, highly analytical skills, comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challengesExperience in integrated channels and proficiency in budgeting and execution.Outstanding people management and talent development skills, with a proven track record of building successful teams.A collaborative spirit and a growth mind set, always looking for new solutions to scale the businessProficiency in English, our official languageWhat we offerFlexible working hours with a hybrid system of home working and office days
