Barcelona, Catalunya, ES The Challenge As a OneTrust regional Sales Program Manager you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs for the Enterprise International Sales organization.
Your Mission Manage program execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of sales programs, ensuring proper implementation, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement data-driven programs: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and create innovative programs that drive quality pipeline, improve conversion rates, and maximize deal velocity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Enablement, and Operations to design and execute impactful programs that drive revenue and support the overall sales strategy. Aligning Global campaigns, promotions and messaging (industry and competitive) to targeted industries, segments and accounts. Drive data-driven decision making: Analyze program performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders, informing optimization and strategic adjustments. Contribute to continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Salesloft), and programs to consistently enhance sales performance. You Are 3+ years of experience in a program management, sales, sales readiness, marketing, business development, or similar role within a B2B SaaS company. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing programs that drive business impact. Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence across departments. A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the evolving sales landscape. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a can-do attitude. Extra Awesome Experience in the Privacy, GRC spaces or related industries. Understanding of OneTrust's products and solutions. Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
