Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pricing expert to join our Pricing Expert Unit Team of Customer Interactions and Monetization
The responsibility of this team is to drive the Pricing strategy and decisions for Retail products and services together with the Product tribes, following an agile way of working, and with strong collaboration with several stakeholders such as Business, Finance, and Risk colleagues.
Your key responsibilities:
As a pricing expert you will:
Help to establish pricing strategies for all ING Spain's retail banking products and services, to create the foundations needed to compete in the current and future market landscape supporting the profitable growth of the bank.
Support specific pricing actions both in business as usual and in promotions decisions to ensure commercial goals maintaining a customer perspective.
Encourage business tribes to make their own pricing decisions by providing them with specific tools when needed whereas following the foundations defined
Identify the capabilities and tools needed to have a deep understanding of our customer base and how it will evolve in the future in terms of value. Then, work very closely with Data Analyst and Data Scientist to build the tools and capabilities.
Analyze, identify, and explore customer development actions to maximize the present and the future customer value using Pricing as a lever.
Support, together with the Commercial Communications team, the Customer Development team by analyzing, identifying, and exploring actions to grow the Mobile Primary Bank base and to develop strategies for new segments.
Foresee the technical requirements to create the pricing and customer development platform of the future to boost efficiency and sustainability.

Estamos buscando un Experto en Pricing talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de la Unidad de Expertos en Precios de Interacciones con el Cliente y Monetización
La responsabilidad de este equipo es impulsar la estrategia de precios y las decisiones para los productos y servicios minoristas junto con las tribus de productos, siguiendo una forma ágil de trabajar y con una fuerte colaboración con varias partes interesadas, como colegas de Negocios, Finanzas y Riesgos.
Sus principales responsabilidades:
Como Experto en Pricing, podrá:
Ayudar a establecer estrategias de precios para todos los productos y servicios de banca minorista de ING España, con el fin de crear las bases necesarias para competir en el panorama actual y futuro del mercado, apoyando el crecimiento rentable del banco.
Apoyar acciones de precios específicas tanto en el negocio como de costumbre y en las decisiones de promociones para garantizar los objetivos comerciales manteniendo una perspectiva del cliente.
Animar a las tribus empresariales a tomar sus propias decisiones de fijación de precios proporcionándoles herramientas específicas cuando sea necesario, siguiendo los fundamentos definidos.
Identificar las capacidades y herramientas necesarias para tener un conocimiento profundo de nuestra base de clientes y cómo evolucionará en el futuro en términos de valor. A continuación, trabaje muy de cerca con el analista de datos y el científico de datos para crear las herramientas y capacidades.
Analizar, identificar y explorar acciones de desarrollo de clientes para maximizar el valor presente y futuro del cliente utilizando el Pricing como palanca.
Apoyar, junto con el equipo de Comunicaciones Comerciales, al equipo de Desarrollo de Clientes mediante el análisis, identificación y exploración de acciones para el crecimiento de la base de Banco Primario Móvil y el desarrollo de estrategias para nuevos segmentos.
Prever los requisitos técnicos para crear la plataforma de precios y desarrollo de clientes del futuro para impulsar la eficiencia y la sostenibilidad.
