About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at Sarens. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing our company's transfer pricing policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finalize and implement the Group's new Transfer Pricing policy across the entire organization.
  • Oversee all transfer pricing matters, collaborating with various stakeholders to address transfer pricing-related issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to execute periodic adjustments in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Support transfer pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities' inquiries, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years' experience in a similar role in a multinational company or advisory firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Pillar 2 (including safe harbors) and Value Chain Analysis approach in TP.
  • Willingness to travel sporadically if required.
