YOUR ROLE AS A TRANSFER PRICING ADVISOR IN SUMMARY:
- You will finalize the organization’s Transfer Pricing framework.
- You will effectively lead the implementation of the Transfer Pricing framework across the entire organization.
- You will oversee all transfer pricing matters, working closely with various (inter)national stakeholders to resolve transfer pricing-related challenges.
- You will collaborate with team members to co-develop local and master files, as well as country-by-country reporting when necessary.
- You will establish and implement procedures for periodic adjustments in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- You will work closely with controllers to set up robust controls aimed at minimizing discrepancies in income and cost recognition processes.
- You will draft and formalize principles governing all intercompany agreements, including financial transaction handling.
- You will manage and prepare transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
- You will assist in transfer pricing audits, responding to inquiries from tax authorities and ensuring compliance with laws while identifying areas for enhancement.
- You will provide expert guidance on transfer pricing implications for new business initiatives.
In this position, you will be part of the tax department and report to the Group Tax Manager.

ABOUT YOU.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in transfer pricing. Your analytical skills, adaptability, and proactive approach enable you to navigate complex tax regulations effectively. As a collaborative team player, your interpersonal and communication skills facilitate close cooperation with diverse stakeholders. Your coordination, leadership abilities, and extensive experience in transfer pricing are essential for driving the implementation of the organization’s Transfer Pricing framework. Your attention to detail, sense of ownership, and problem-solving skills are invaluable in managing transfer pricing documentation and supporting audits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
- 4-7 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational organization or advisory firm.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Pillar 2 (including safe harbors) and Value Chain Analysis in transfer pricing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
