Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Officer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Transfer Pricing practice, you will be responsible for analyzing and valuing companies' transactions, preparing benchmarking analyses and Transfer Pricing reports, and identifying potential problem areas and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and valuation of companies' transactions
  • Preparation of benchmarking analyses and Transfer Pricing reports
  • Identification of potential problem areas and risks
  • Delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach
  • Management of administrative processes (KYC, code opening, billing, Sales Force updates, etc.)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and providing high levels of account support
  • Contribution to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or finance
  • A master's degree in economics, finance, or business administration is a plus
  • Advanced level of English; a second European language (especially French or German) is desirable
  • 1-3 years of Transfer Pricing experience gained in a tax advisory, law firm, or consulting firm
  • Experience in Transfer Pricing Financial transactions is a plus
  • Strong technical skills and desire to develop further
  • Ability to interpret Transfer Pricing regulations and tax statute
  • Proven capability in driving project delivery
  • Ability to identify areas of risk and know when to refer upwards
  • Client-focused and commercially aware
  • Relationship management skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
