About the Role

Aleph Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global transfer pricing strategy and ensure its effective implementation across multiple jurisdictions. As a key member of our Global Tax team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's tax position and contributing to its overall financial health.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement global transfer pricing strategies that align with the company's tax and financial objectives, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of senior transfer pricing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  3. Manage relationships and interact with tax authorities and external advisors worldwide, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Lead transfer pricing audits and inspections, providing expert guidance and recommendations for resolving controversies.
  5. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company's operations, ensuring proactive and informed decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting and commercial, to provide transfer pricing advice and support.
  7. Manage the transfer pricing compliance of Group entities, ensuring accurate and timely filings with the assistance of local advisors.
  8. Participate in M&A processes from a transfer pricing perspective, assisting with due diligence and transfer pricing policies integration.
Requirements
  1. Advanced or Fluent in English, ensuring effective communication with international colleagues.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 14+ years of leadership and background in finance, with significant transfer pricing compliance and advisory experience for global/multnational companies.
  3. Excellent worldwide knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, including BEPS initiatives and CbC compliance.
  4. Results-driven with a track record of achieving strategic goals and improving business outcomes.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and tax rules/laws and regulations.
  6. Ability to develop and implement creative solutions to challenges.
  7. Strong prioritization skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask on a daily basis.
  8. Ability to develop excellent relationships with strong management skills.
  9. Work independently with a high level of accountability.
