About the Role

The Transfer Pricing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with transfer pricing regulations. This includes preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File, in accordance with OECD guidelines and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. They will also be responsible for managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations, including overseeing management fee recharges.

Additionally, the Transfer Pricing Specialist will assist in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating intercompany contracts to ensure they are accurately drafted and kept up-to-date. They will also be responsible for organizing data from the company's various database repositories to create and refresh financial and transfer pricing models.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transfer pricing or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of OECD guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
  4. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
