Qué estamos buscando
Buscamos un/a Sales Manager con experiência en el sector inmobiliario y/ Real State, para determinar la estrategia de comercialización de activos inmobiliarios y captación de clientes potenciales del proyecto Mediterranean Macenas Resort.
Será responsable de la supervisión de los procesos de venta y/o alquiler con clientes, gestión de la cartera clientes buscadores, planificación y realización de visitas, negociaciones de ofertas y entrega de viviendas.
Muy cerca del parque natural de Cabo de Gata, comenzamos la construcción de este exclusivo concepto residencial en un lugar con identidad propia, conservando la autenticidad y sencillez del entorno mediterráneo, con el mejor diseño de construcción sostenible.

Cuáles serán tus funciones
Estudio de la competencia y de mercado, análisis de estrategia y evolución.
Determinar la estrategia de comercialización de activos inmobiliarios y captación de clientes potenciales.
Gestionar los contactos derivados de la actividad de marketing de la empresa en la comercialización de sus inmuebles y crear su propia red de clientes potenciales.
Conocimiento de los procedimientos, métodos y herramientas que utilizan los Agentes inmobiliarios en el proceso de comercialización de las promociones inmobiliarias.
Acompañar al cliente en todo el ciclo de la promoción inmobiliaria: Supervisión de los procesos de venta y/o alquiler con clientes, gestión de la cartera clientes buscadores, planificación y realización de visitas, negociaciones de ofertas y entrega de viviendas.
Establecimiento, planificación y control de presupuesto de marketing del desarrollo urbanístico garantizando su optimización.
Supervisión y reporting del canal Portales Inmobiliarios.
**Seguimiento de campañas de Marketing y Call Center**: monitorizando leads, ratios de conversión, eficiencia de indicadores, visitas y ventas.
Qué necesitas para tener éxito
**Experiência y conocimientos requeridos**:
**Formación**: Ventas, Marketing, Publicidad, Comuniación o similar
Mínimo 3 años de experiência como comercial en el sector inmobiliario y/ Real State, así como en en gestión de partners Comerciales
**Idioma**: Mínimo nível alto de inglés C1 (se hará prueba), muy valorable nível de francés
**Competencias**:
Persona dinámica, con habilidad para trabajar en equipo, proactiva, comunicativa, con alto nível de autonomía y enfoque al cliente
