Sales Support Associate

.We are experiencing phenomenal growth at IDEXX. If you speak Spanish and English, come and join us as a Sales Support Specialist.As a Sales Support Specialist at IDEXX, you will provide support to the sales team in your region and act as a liaison between the sales professionals and internal departments. You play a vital role in the overall health and advancement of the region's objectives. You will make sure all the checks and balances are in place in the lead-to-order process, provide transactional support to ensure successful and efficient execution of business transactions, and generate smooth on-boarding for our customers.In this role, your day-to-day will include:Using SalesForce.Com to approve the setup of new SAP accounts.Constructing monthly reporting for the buying group, for targeting clinics (and you'll have an overall vision of revenue).Supporting the achievement of revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses as per target.Ensuring the sales team adheres to pricing policies, submits paperwork correctly, and follows the correct audit guidelines.Complete management of the pipeline tool inside and outside SalesForce.Com.Creating reports using Business Objects and dividing to the sales team.Weekly reporting of the number of instruments sold, installations, and pipeline.Participation in projects to implement initiatives; identification of project opportunities and generation of ideas and solutions.Communicating with related areas to coordinate work.Potentially leading work activities of others, coordinating daily activities and providing training, coaching and guidance.What you will need to succeed:You'll often use your own initiative to drive tasks and targets.Your skill set includes being analytical, with a high level of experience in Excel & preferably SalesForce.Com and Business Objects.Project management skills and abilities, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.You'll have a keen eye for detail & love to work with data, so you have experience in data gathering.Process improvement skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.You'll love to collaborate, communicate and work with a range of different stakeholders across the organization.Minimum Requirements:It's essential you speak fluent Business English and fluent Spanish.Presentation skills:Ability to present and explain business requirements to all audiences.Influencing skills to gain commitment and support for decisions and to motivate the organization to support business changes.What we offer:When you join IDEXX, you will find yourself in a challenging but exciting environment where you are given the opportunity to be yourself, innovate, and grow.
