Job Title: Sales Support Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team at IDEXX. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing support to the sales team in your region and acting as a liaison between the sales professionals and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales team in your region, including transactional support and lead-to-order process management.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales professionals and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Use SalesForce.com to approve the setup of new SAP accounts and construct monthly reporting for the buying group.
  • Support the achievement of revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses as per target.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to pricing policies, submits paperwork correctly, and follows the correct audit guidelines.
  • Manage the pipeline tool inside and outside SalesForce.com and create reports using Business Objects.
  • Participate in projects to implement initiatives, identify project opportunities, and generate ideas and solutions.
  • Communicate with related areas to coordinate work and potentially lead work activities of others.

Requirements:

  • High level of experience in Excel and preferably SalesForce.com and Business Objects.
  • Project management skills and abilities, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Keen eye for detail and love to work with data, with experience in data gathering.
  • Process improvement skills and excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain business requirements to all audiences and influence skills to gain commitment and support for decisions.
  • Fluent Business English and fluent Spanish.
