Sobre la posición

En esta posición brindarás soporte al área de customer service con las actividades propias del departamento. Entre los principales objetivos de formación se encuentran:
Principales responsabilidades

Iniciativas para impulsar la transformación digital de la cadena de suministro (por ejemplo, Power BI, soluciones B2B, SAP, CRMs, etc) para el área.- Te enseñaremos a usar el máximo potencial SAP en su módulo SD (incluyendo scripting) y a conocer todo el proceso de O2C (order to cash) desde la entrada de un pedido hasta su facturación.- En el día a día aprenderás a desarrollar herramientas digitales para mejorar la experiência diaria de los usuarios (interactuando con clientes, gestionando pedidos, facturación, e incidencias).- Verás de primera mano junto a los expertos funcionales de la cadena de suministro y a los gerentes como se desarrollan informes digitales robustos.- Aprenderás cómo se realiza el apoyo estándar o ad hoc a las áreas de CSC según sea necesario. Tendrás visibilidad de los procesos E2E (end to end) de la cadena de suministro facilitando su aprendizaje.

Qualifications and skills

Essential- Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Ingeniería en Organización Industrial y Logística, Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Máster en Ingeniería Avanzada de Producción, Logística y Cadena de Suministro, Máster en Dirección de Empresas Logísticas y de la Cadena de Suministro- Competencias en Idiomas: nível C1 de inglés.- Excel Avanzado (Tablas dinámicas y uso principales formulas, macros)

Preferred- Mentalidad digital, se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI, Azure / Data Lake- Orientación a resultados, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita tanto en español como en inglés- Agilidad de aprendizaje demostrada, resiliente y capaz de gestionar múltiples
