OrganizaciónNuestro cliente, importante empresa para el sector industrial precisa incorporar un/a Customer Service Representative en sus instalaciones ubicadas en Burgos.
Esta posición reporta al Head of Customer Service.
Como parte del equipo, contribuirás a este puesto asegurando el compromiso del cliente al liderar sus pedidos dentro de la empresa en tiempo, calidad y servicio.
FunciónEn colaboración con el equipo de ventas: • Asegurarse de que los pedidos se procesen correctamente y estén debidamente documentados.
• Dirigir proyectos de productos para nuevos clientes.
• Previsiones de ventas semanales y otros pronósticos periódicos.
• Gestión de reclamaciones.
• Preparar y gestionar ofertas y cotizaciones para los clientes.
Requisitos• Experiencia o conocimientos en servicio al cliente; se valora mucho la experiencia en planificación industrial y multinacional.
• Formación técnica relacionada con Ingeniería.
• Nivel avanzado de Microsoft Excel.
• Fluidez en alemán (escrito y hablado); se valorará un segundo idioma adicional.
• Esta posición también requiere habilidades comerciales y sólidas capacidades interpersonales para fomentar la colaboración, que son un requisito previo para este puesto.
