Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.

Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Financeira/Finanças, Estratégia Empresarial, Gestão Comercial, ou áreas afins será um diferencial.

Nível Intermediário em Excel e Power BI.

Conhecimentos de Conceitos Financeiros e Matemática Financeira.

Como é o dia a dia:

Dedica-se à elaboração de relatórios e à comunicação dos resultados financeiros, colaborando com a contabilidade para garantir que todos os indicadores estejam claros e precisos para o Grupo (França) e o Comitê de Direção no Brasil.

Realiza análise dos desvios entre os resultados reais e as metas orçadas, identificando e alertando sobre quaisquer discrepâncias significativas.

Desenvolve e implementa novas práticas e políticas relacionadas ao orçamento e ao plano de cinco anos, analisando problemas recorrentes e criando soluções eficazes.

Cria e monitora um calendário integrado que coordena os objetivos e o plano de cinco anos, garantindo que todas as informações sejam alinhadas.

Apresenta e negocia propostas de orçamento com a Direção, justificando as sugestões de ajustes.

Assegura que os resultados sejam precisos e apresenta essas informações para a Direção BU, Conselho de Administração e Grupo (França).

Supervisiona a gestão dos serviços gerais e patrimoniais, garantindo a eficiência das operações diárias e lidera o desenvolvimento de duas equipes.

Participa da escala de plantão da loja.

Representa a empresa frente aos órgãos de proteção ao consumidor ou outros, se necessário.
