Estas serán tus principales responsabilidades:Crear sistemas complejos integrados para clientes directos y socios de Retail y Distribución.Evolucionar los sistemas de diseño, identificando mejoras y asegurando su relevancia mediante herramientas como Figma y Storybook.Colaborar con equipos de producto (POs, UX designers, redactores, developers) para desarrollar y refinar componentes y patrones UI reutilizables.Liderar la migración de bibliotecas de componentes a nuevos sistemas.Realizar experimentos con equipos multifuncionales para medir el éxito de los design systems y usar Jira para gestionar tareas.Documentar y mantener actualizado el design system.Crear componentes reutilizables que mejoren la user experience.Gestionar y actualizar las guías de diseño.Asegurar la adherencia a los estándares de accesibilidad (WCAG 2.1, ARIA).Utilizar herramientas como Jira y Storybook para gestionar tareas.Usar el inglés diariamente en reuniones y comunicaciones internacionales.¿Cómo lo haré?
