Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our UX/UI team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and developing a compelling UI vision that aligns with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct research to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for UI improvement.
  • UI Strategy: Develop a user-centered UI strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage user data and analytics to measure UI effectiveness and optimize product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
  • Quality Focus: Prioritize quality to ensure robustness and scalability of our system.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline). A master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (6+ years) in product management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, experience with automation, data analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps, experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure product success.
