Hoy están buscando un VP de Marketing que lidere su equipo de guerrilla de Marketing para darle gas a nuestra adquisición y retención, desarrollando su carrera con ellos hasta el infinito y más allá. Tenemos a varios Manfreditas felices entre sus filas, y por lo que nos cuentan: el equipo sigue creciendoPor si no los conoces, son uno de los principales portales de compraventa y comparativa de coches online. Tienen producto tecnológico propio que van iterando y están presentes en varios países desde hace más de 10 años, con la idea de seguir expandiéndose. Además, desde el año pasado forman parte del paraguas del Banco Santander, aunque son 100% independientes manteniendo el equipo gestor anterior. Si antes ya eran estables, imagínate ahora con el músculo que tienen detrásTrabajarás en un equipo pequeño de Marketing y Growth. Compuesto por tres personas, un CMO, un CRO y un Trafficker Pero no te preocupes No te aburrirás. También colaborarás con otros equipos de gente estupenda que tienen un grado de cohesión y afinidad brutal.Su necesidad de seguir creciendo hace que tu posición sea indispensable para liderar el equipo de Marketing. Te dejamos aquí algunas de las tareas que realizarás:Darás apoyo al actual CMO en toda la definición y bajada de la ejecución de la estrategia digital de la compañía. Por increíble que parezca a día de hoy, todo este trabajo se ha realizado por él mismo y el CRO. La idea es que en próximos años, puedas ser TÚ el nuevo CMO tras coger las riendas de la estrategia y la implementación del marketing de coches.Com. Por lo cual, el actual CMO dedicará tiempo cada día para asegurar que no solo tu onboarding sea impecable, si no que te familiarices con todos los detalles de la organización necesarios para tu futuro. Éste es el punto más importante de esta posición: la apuesta a futuro y liderazgo dentro de coches.ComEl CRO será tu co-equiper y dependerá directamente de ti. Tiene muchas ganas de conocerte, juntos decidiréis y aplicaréis las mejores técnicas para convertir usuarios apoyándoos en los OKR a alcanzar de la compaña.Optimizarás la inversión en captación y trabajarás en base a las métricas AAARR Sales Metrics Diagram Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue) junto al CRO.Coordinarás la estrategia de Branding y Mass Media junto con otros partners.Trabajarás la ejecución SEO y ASO con el CMO (una persona con una altísima experiencia en esta materia).Optimizarás los protocolos de comunicación a través de todos nuestros canales digitales y junto a equipos de comunicación internos.Los equipos de UX y DATA podrán aportarte ideas y datos que deberás poder interpretar y marcar un plan de acción en función de objetivos, así como testarlo realizando acciones de A/B Testing
