About the RoleThe Territory Account Manager drives business growth and innovation by handling a high-value and selection-critical portfolio of restaurant partners. The ideal candidate will be able to scale efforts that achieve an expansion of both our business and theirs in mutually beneficial ways. A successful Territory Account Manager deeply understands our restaurant partners; builds positive relationships with decision-makers and influencers throughout the organization and optimally identifies and exploits opportunities to improve core business metrics for our restaurants and for Uber Eats.What You'll DoDevelop Uber Eats in specific areas and/or cities, focusing on both topline and bottom line business performance.Manage strategic top accounts driving growth for the assigned Region, including growing their business, improving operations, advising on marketing plans, and liaising internally.Build long-term relationships with partners to enhance their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.Acquire extensive knowledge of the assigned Region to identify further opportunities for developing Uber Eats.Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats mission, brand, and product.What You'll Need1-3 years of experience in an account management role or consulting (with client-facing experience).English working proficiency.Spanish native proficiency.Ability to take initiative and adapt to constantly changing work environments.Desire to work with top restaurants and build a business together.Good communication and interpersonal skills to persuasively communicate recommendations.Attention to detail and ability to accomplish tasks with a thorough approach.Highly autonomous and fast learner, able to work with minimal oversight.Proactive in building positive and lasting relationships with restaurant partners.Meticulous attitude to become a trusted business partner for restaurants using the Uber Eats app.Analytical skills with the ability to compute numbers and develop data-based strategies; proven Excel & SQL skills preferred.Relationship management experience is strongly preferred.We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
