.You will need to login before you can apply for a job.Sr. Product Manager Pricing Amazon Fresh, Fresh DESCRIPTIONDo you enjoy transforming data into actionable insights and taking data-driven approaches to solving complex business problems? We're looking for a talented Product Manager to deliver world-class analysis and guide strategic business decisions for Amazon Fresh.Key job responsibilitiesTo succeed in this role you should be passionate about translating data into meaningful insights to answer key business questions. You should have a solid understanding of pricing theories and practices, data mining, and an ability to use the data in financial and statistical modeling. In this role, you will define and understand key business questions related to Amazon Fresh Pricing, Fee and Promotion strategies and relationships, manage efforts to analyze data to answer those questions, and play an integral role in strategic decision-making and building the right technology and solutions. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The successful candidate has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, outstanding business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.Key job responsibilities- Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership.- Define Pricing, Promotion and Fees strategy for Continental Europe- Write narrative to gain support for your strategy and influence peers and senior leadership- Employ data mining, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboards.- Drive improvement in customer Price Perception (e.G. T-CSAT)- Work with various stakeholders to understand drivers, goals, and actionable outcomes using analytics. Define product requirements.- Lead end-to-end complex cross-functional projects to improve value perceptionAbout the teamYou will be part of the Amazon Fresh Product Management team and will work on pricing, fees and promotion strategy for Continental Europe.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in STEM or economics
- A fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL (Python knowledge is a plus)
- Robust analytical & modelling skills required
- Significant product management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Possess strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Has a superior attention to detail
