Job Title: In-Stock Manager, Fresh

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Stock Manager to lead our Fresh Supply Chain Programs in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the way Spanish customers buy Consumables/Grocery products online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage supply chain projects for Fresh in Spain, collaborating with Pan-EU teams and tech teams based in EU and NA.
  • Drive process improvement opportunities, focusing on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from different teams, influencing others to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage large-scale data to drive decision-making and define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh in Spain.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management, with a strong background in strategy consulting.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or similar.
  • Experience working with complex data sets and a business-focused way of thinking.
  • A proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Excel and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
