This position offers the opportunity to work in a great multinational environment, you will be part of our new European Digital Sales team, where your contribution will be highly valued by both the organization and our clients. If you are interested in being part of a dynamic sales team and growing company, we invite you to apply Job Description and Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve individual and team sales goals and uncover net new and expansion opportunities Develop and implement effective inbound and outbound BDR strategies and initiatives to support regional goals Create and deliver team trainings to enhance and uplevel BDR skills and product knowledge Collaborate with regional sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute campaigns Partner with the Global Demand Response Centre of Excellence (COE) team to ensure alignment and adherence to global frameworks, processes, and expectations Monitor and analyze core KPIs to identify areas for improvement Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching Actively participate and present learnings, insights, and performance updates at rhythm of business meetings #J-18808-Ljbffr
