Wanna know more? Keep readingWhich is the role?Develop new client relationship to become the strategic and trusted business adviser to the client. Cultivate and expand existing business relationships through frequent communication and regular client visits.Understand clients' operating and financial business model to anticipate business needs in driving solution, identifying opportunities to increase performance.Manage of relationships with clients as the senior point of contact for our clients. You'll coordinate the resources needed to service projects, building strategic operational plans and balancing the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.Develop effective, growth-centred mentor relationships with Account Managers. Must establish a good working relationship and seek feedback of Client Services Direct.Manage a team of account managers and overseeing their day to day management. Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business. Producing proposals and presentations for clients to land new accounts.Proactively identifying clients needs and business opportunities, liasing with other members of the business on existing accounts. Building relationships with key personnel within customer accounts, monitoring client satisfaction post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally.Provide team with all necessary tools and training to improve core expertise and continued career growth.
