Responsibilities
• Lead rigorous commercial and Market Access fundamentals• Manage pricing and reimbursement mechanisms• Engage stakeholders to ensure access for patients• Stimulate cross-functional peers and adapt to market needs• Develop and execute Market Access and Health Politics plan• Collaborate with European and Global teams• Establish and strengthen reputation with stakeholders• Identify and manage regional Market Access hurdles
Requirements
• Relevant academic degree and 8-10 years of experience• Experience in dossier submission and pricing negotiations• Deep knowledge of healthcare dynamics in Spain & Portugal• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams• Experience in a growth company environment• Ability to thrive in a start-up biotech environment• Experience in the rare disease (endocrinology) market is an advantage
