Do you dare?OEM PROJECT LEADYour role:The Battery Cell OEM Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of battery cell projects with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all technical and quality standards are met. The Project Lead will act as the main point of contact between the company and its OEM partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with industry regulations.Main functions:Project Planning and Management Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between the company and OEM partners.Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.Provide technical guidance to project teams.
