What you will do :
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers As a CX Training Lead Sales in the CX Team you will be in charge of :
Assess training needs across all functions for front office back office online and offlineDesign deliver and evaluate training for both technical and soft skillsCreate manage and maintain all training contentConduct regular knowledge tests analyse results and implement improvement initiativesWork with quality and operations to understand agent training needsResponsible for maintaining a current training calendar roadmapConduct regular onsite visits to certify trainers provide trainthetrainer session and cofacilitate sessions as neededFacilitate workshops and development sessions as requiredKeep up to date with knowledge of our products pricing promotions and proceduresWhat you need to succeed :
