Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:Lead and coach a global team of People Operations professionals across GSG officesBuild and take ownership of the people operations processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability in how the team operatesMaintain in-depth knowledge of Workforce/Labor law across locationsThe People Operations team is the initial point of contact for employees seeking consultation on a wide range of topics including payroll, contracts, HR process, employment law, etc.Find efficiency in the payroll strategy among countriesEnsure the processes are simple and easy to follow. We work with a ticketing system that will need to be followed and optimized, being sure the human touch is kept in sensitive topicsEnsure data quality is a foundation of the team processes including accurate payroll preparation on a monthly basisAnalyze the system landscape together with the team leads and the CPO, and advise on what is the right strategy to follow. In case we decide to change HRIS you will be involved in the project directlyWe are a match if you have:At least 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in fast-growing startup or scaleupHR functional expertise; broad knowledge and experience in employment law, International payroll, process efficiencies, HR Information system and administrative People topicsA progressive People leadership experience in an international environment - growing, coaching, mentoring, and developing employeesExperience in managing remote teams will be a plusKnowledge in building comprehensive data reporting, experience with implementing HR Workday Information System and Personio will be highly valuedStrong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organizationFluent English language skills, additional language is a plusAre you up for it?
