Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations

About the Role:

The Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations will be a key member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team, interacting with leaders across Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Closely interact with Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team members and their functions to develop cross-BU standards for excellence and efficient operations.
  3. Work with business development and external scientific innovation teams to support integrations from an R&D perspective.
  4. Lead the Global Med. Excellence and Stakeholder Engagement Team.
