Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven sales professional, who is self-motivated and hungry for success.The role requires a highly organized, dynamic, analytical, creative and client-focused individual, with a strong background in sales and business development, who will maximize media revenue and profits for the group.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Media Sales revenue – Digital Display, Branded Content, Sponsorship, Creative Solutions, Programmatic/ DataAccustomed to 8 external meetings a weekAdapt to new business opportunities, create sales solutions,and present these to marketBuild, maintain and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading Desks, independent trading desks and other demand sourcesSell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategyIndependently build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue bookedWork closely with the Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goalsInteract with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign managementManage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contractsQualificationsSkills and ExperienceEssentialExtensive experience in driving media sales revenue, and negotiating at a senior levelExperience in sales and business developmentDemonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targetsExceptional presentation and communication skillsExperience in structuring and negotiating deals in this spaceFluency in French and EnglishDesirableIdeally coming from an agency or publisher background Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot, and make strategic business recommendationsProficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience in travel, technology, and/or consumer internetAbilities/qualities Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detailProactive team playerSelf-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solverWork to tight deadlines with a can-do attitudeStrong communicator internal/externalAutonomous and independentAdditional InformationBy joining our company, you will have the chance to:Join a dynamic team in an inclusive-international environmentGrow thanks to the career journey and our internal mobility perspectiveManage your own schedule thanks to the flexible start and end of the working dayWork a shorter working week (36h), of which 4 hours on Friday morningGet focus time for learning, development and deep work on Friday morningsWork partially or fully remote according to local lawsEnjoy continuous training thanks to our company platformBenefit from employee discounts on travelReceive 2 days off per year for the purpose of volunteeringWelfare platform (Corporate Benefits) where you will find dedicated discounts with more than 1500 partnersSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: SalesExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Internet
