This is your role at MSX
Purpose of the role:
Our Agents will be dedicated to the management and qualification of leads for the conversion of potential customers into sales through the implementation of outbound sales campaigns.
Leads Management Responsibilities:
Manage/qualify leads to identify customers with high conversion potential.
Daily contact with potential customers through different communication channels (calls, emails, chats, etc.)
Identify customer needs and propose ad hoc solutions that provide value for the next stages of the sales process.
We are looking for you if:
You have extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service industry.
Experience in Outbound sales, B2B sales or business development.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Communication and Commercial skills.
Good knowledge of Spanish or English.
Experience in the use of CRM systems and MS Office.

Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
