Agente de Leads Management con Holandés ¿Tienes experiencia en gestión de leads y atención al cliente a través de Contact Centers y estás en disposición de enfrentarte a nuevos desafíos?
Este es tu rol en MSX
Objetivo del puesto: Nuestros Agentes de Lead Management estarán dedicados a la gestión y cualificación de leads para la conversión de clientes potenciales en ventas mediante la implementación de campañas de Outbound sales.
Responsabilidades de Agentes de Leads Management: Gestionar/cualificar leads para identificar clientes con alto potencial de conversión.
Alcanzar los objetivos de conversión de leads a ventas establecidos.
Contactar diariamente con los clientes potenciales a través de los distintos canales de comunicación (llamadas, emails, chats, etc).
Identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones adhoc que aporten valor para las siguientes etapas del proceso de venta.
Actualización de datos en CRM.
Te buscamos a ti si: Tienes amplio conocimiento y experiencia del sector de atención al cliente.
Experiencia en Outbound sales, ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocios.
Habilidad en el trato con clientes.
Habilidades de comunicación y comerciales.
Imprescindible idioma nativo Holandés.
Dominio del Español nivel intermedio.
Experiencia en el uso de sistemas CRM y paquete Office.
