Leads Management Agent Swedish speaker Har du erfarenhet av lead management och kundservice från Kundcenter CC och är redo att ta dig an nya utmaningar?
Då är detta en roll för dig på MSX
Syfte med rollen: Våra agenter kommer att ägna sig åt hantering och kvalificering av leads för omvandling till potentiella kunder genom implementering av utgående försäljningskampanjer.
Ansvar för leadshantering: Hantera/kvalificera leads för att identifiera kunder med hög konverteringspotential.
Uppnå fastställda konverteringsmål från lead till försäljning.
Daglig kontakt med potentiella kunder genom olika kommunikationskanaler (samtal, e-post, chattar etc.)
Identifiera kundernas behov och föreslå ad hoc-lösningar som ger värde för nästa steg i försäljningsprocessen.
Uppdatera data i CRM.
Vi söker dig om: Du har stor kunskap och erfarenhet av kundservicebranschen.
Erfarenhet av Outbound sales, B2B försäljning eller affärsutveckling.
Förmåga kring relationsbyggande med kunder.
Kommunikations- och affärsfärdigheter.
Svenska som modersmål samt flytande i tal och skrift på engelska och/eller spanska.
Erfarenhet av användning av CRM-system och MS Office.

40 timmar i veckan, måndag – fredag.
