Como Service Manager, formarás parte de nuestro equipo especializado en ofrecer servicios profesionales de Service Desk, donde asumimos la responsabilidad del soporte multiclientes certificado en ISO 20000 y trabajamos bajo metodologías estándares del mercado, como ITIL.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar que el equipo de soporte técnico ofrezca un servicio eficiente y de alta calidad a los usuarios finales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) y la mejora continua de los procesos.
Supervisar y gestionar las operaciones diarias del ServiceDesk.
Asegurar la entrega de servicios de soporte conforme a los SLA y estándares de calidad.
Coordinar y liderar un equipo de técnicos de soporte, facilitando su desarrollo y motivación.
Implementar y mejorar procesos ITIL relacionados con la gestión de incidencias, problemas, cambios, y solicitudes de servicio.
Colaborar con otras áreas de TI para asegurar la alineación de las actividades de soporte con las estrategias del negocio.
Gestionar la comunicación con los usuarios finales y otras partes interesadas ,asegurando una resolución efectiva de las incidencias y una experiencia positiva para los usuarios.
Analizar métricas de rendimiento y preparar informes para la alta dirección.
¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?
Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos o estudios superiores.
Certificación ITIL V4 Foundation o superior Experiencia demostrable como Service Manager o en un rol de gestión similar, preferiblemente en un entorno de ServiceDesk (3 años mínimo).
Conocimientos sólidos de las prácticas y procesos ITIL.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades y trabajar bajo presión.
Habilidad para analizar datos y elaborar informes.
Conocimientos técnicos: Windows 10/11 Office 365LAN / WAN Paquete office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) Se valora PwerBI Herramientas de gestión de servicios ITSM Metodologías ITIL ISO 20000 ¿QUE ENCONTRARÁS EN SEIDOR?
