Como Dev Manager en este proyecto de alto perfil, administrará los proveedores que actualmente están a cargo de la solución CRM.ResponsabilidadesGestionar las relaciones con socios/proveedores.Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el propietario y el arquitecto del área.Revisión de los casos de uso entregados por el propietario del área, con el fin de proporcionar estimaciones del trabajo a realizar.Validación de las propuestas técnicas entregadas por el arquitecto del área.Gestión de los proveedores para garantizar la entrega a tiempo de los proyectos.RequisitosLicenciatura en ingeniería informática o afines.Más de 5 años en un puesto de gestión de TI.Más de 10 años en un puesto impulsado por la tecnología.Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas.Mentalidad analítica.Habilidades interpersonales excepcionales.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.Experiencia en la gestión de equipos de desarrollo, tanto internos como externos.Experiencia con Salesforce CRM (especialmente Community y Service Cloud).La experiencia con otros CRM también sería valiosa.100% remoto.
