We are looking for an SDR intern to help us further develop our business by managing the first part of the funnel.
You will: target and qualify prospects and merchant accounts in line with the sales strategy & needsWork closely with the Account Executive team in order to align on strategies and action plangenerate qualified appointments with C-Levelsupdate all Sales activities in our CRM (today we're using Hubspot)define the relevant outbound tools and channels with the Sales & Marketing teamdetermine the best (and innovative) approaches to engage prospectsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must have: Data driven approachHunting and never give up attitudeYou are fluent in Spanish and EnglishBe humble and ready to learn new methodologiesDetermination: nothing stops you from generating appointmentsExpected Outcomes Meet or exceed the target every quarterAll the meetings organised are well qualifiedBecome a fundamental part of the Spanish team and help the company growFoster a positive and inclusive team culture within the local team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of ownershipHiring process A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team membersA first interview with Giorgio (our Country Manager Iberia) to deep dive into your experiences and better understand your motivationA chat with Massimiliano (our CRO) where he will evaluate your motivation and your previous successA case study in the Barcelona office to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with a panel of future internal stakeholders
