.As an Enterprise Digital Security Specialist Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud. WIth your team, you will drive the day-to-day execution of our strategic business priorities – selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving sales targets. Extensive technology related sales or business development experience with proven track record of successfully leading a team ofTechnolohgy sales professionals.Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools.Experience, background and confidence to initiate and drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads.General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and accurately.To do this role you can be based in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer
