FUNCTIONS Job Purpose / Mission: As Area Sales Manager Spain, you will build strong plans and implement them in order to increase sales revenue through the existing Official Dealers (OD) network in your sales area. The Area Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding the OD network by finding the right partners while being a brand ambassador.
Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the sales development of your area: Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Catalonia, Aragon, Levante.
Develop a clear market strategy, based on company priorities and growth perspective, translated into a clear, detailed, and challenging action plan to increase sales volumes.
Continue to grow sales within our sector community emphasizing our brands and image to build sound relations as a quality and reliable partner.
Understand our growth perspective, continue to develop our network by finding and choosing potential new partners that will adhere to our project and reinforce our business model.
Understand market dynamics, competitors, and future trends and feed them back to the company to maintain and increase our agility to respond to customer needs.
Act as an ambassador of our project, philosophy, and values towards our community of existing and new dealers.
Closely collaborate with all departments that will be in touch with our community to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Requirements: Relevant experience in Sales
Experience in the promotional industry (B2B)
Languages: Fluent in English and Catalan, any other European languages is an asset
Knowledge of IT tools
Negotiation and Communication skills
Ability to easily connect with people
Emotional Intelligence
Business acumen
