.Beauty Advisor- Travel Retail- BarcelonaWe're looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our Travel Retail team at Barcelona airport. You will be reporting to a Retail Specialist.Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for Beauty with a consistent approach to achieving monthly targets and deliver sales through excellent customer service.RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver sales targets.Ensure outstanding customer service, execute in-store excellence, and build retailer support across the entire Coty portfolio in specific stores.Ensure up-to-date training on training apps and tools provided by the Company.Adhere to Company uniform when applicable and grooming guidelines.Find and suggest alternative and add-on sales, to trade up.Deliver strong service levels with retailer, agency, and co-workers.Maintain all deployed brand shelf layouts.Execute all sites and promotional activity, taking immediate action to fix issues.Utilize store influence and available Point of Sales tools to secure additional display where possible.Ensure full availability of all lines and testers, correctness of retailer stock files, and report issues as needed.Maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of all visual display, in line with brand and store guidelines.Maintain excellent communication with the Coordinator and Retail Specialist.Keep informed of all Company initiatives.Develop relationships with store staff and management and liaise regularly with the Coty Geneva team when required.Support temporary staff from the agency.Accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits.Submit sales figures to retail specialist with trading comments on time.Ensure the effective and efficient running of the store at all times.YOU ARE A COTY FITYou are passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards. As an experienced Beauty Advisor in Travel Retail, you enjoy sales, speaking different languages, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.Language skills: Spanish and English.
